Flight operations based in Ft. Lauderdale though headquarters was in St. Petersburg. Initial operations consisted of charter and contract cargo services and Department of Defense conract passenger service. They were granted a scheduled cargo certificate in 1949. In 1952 an early model Constellation was leased to operate DOD passenger charters and low fare infrequent service between New York-Miami-San Juan, Puerto Rico. The airlines registration was suspended in 1955 after two bankruptcy filings.
